Artist Profile: Chelsea Flowers

  Sophomore Chelsea Flowers has a distinctive, colorful style or painting. Flowers has been painting practically her whole life. She started from just finger painting as a child to later moving on to oil and acrylic artwork. Flowers is currently taking Painting 3 at Bradley. She does creative art projects every day at school and multiple projects outside of school such as painting, crafts, drawing and fashion designing.

Orchestra returns to OMEA contests

   Last year, Symphony Orchestra at Bradley went to OMEA Large Group Contests for the first time and received a Superior rating, the highest possible score available. This year, they plan on receiving another Superior.

Artist Profile: Junior Jesse Cutrell explores a unique form of art

Junior Jesse Cutrell is interested in a unique form of art. 

   “I am interested in animation, or making art move,” said Cutrell.

   In order to compose a work of animation, one must “draw several designs – simple or complex – in different positions, such as walking, and then use a computer to put it together and they appear to be moving,” stated Cutrell.
